NOTE: This is a beginner friendly course and designed for people who are new to plant based foods. This is for you EVEN IF you are not so well versed in the kitchen.
How is it delivered?
The course is presented via weekly recorded video coaching calls including your shopping lists, recipes, assignments and audio meditations delivered via email. These calls are recorded, so if you miss one, no problem - the recordings are emailed out for your access. We have a private WHATSAPP COMMUNITY as well for daily support. You will want to allocate approximately 3 -4 hrs each Sunday for shopping and meal prep.
By the end of the four weeks you will have some new staple dishes for the household and feel more aligned with your food choices cultivating habits towards a greater, if not fully plant based lifestyle.
